🚚 Shipping

We currently ship across Egypt. Orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 2-5 business days. (Excludes Eid, national holidays, and weekends.)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

• 📌 Original Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• 🏷️ Tags Attached: The original tags must remain intact and attached.
• 🗓️ 30-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

💰 Return & Exchange Charges

• ✅ Free Returns: If we made an error (e.g., wrong size/item sent or a faulty product), return shipping is free.
• ⚠️ Customer Responsibility: If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal preference, you will be responsible for delivery fees.
